It was quite a while before I zeroed in on Phentermine being value for money. My search was simple – I wanted to reduce weight and stay slim forever. I did not want to gain back the weight that I took so long to lose!

In my quest for weight loss, I discovered various facts. That I needed to cut calories, and in the process suppress a natural desire to eat, because we consume more calories that we burn each day. Also, that I needed an exercise regime to keep the metabolism high.

Keeping the exercise in place, I looked around for a method to eat less without getting into crash diets. Dieting is excellent for a short while, after which the body deprived for long of essential nutrients, goes right back into an overdrive, putting back all those lost calories and much more. It is not wise to diet for long, and no doctor would advise that.

What, then, would keep me from consuming back all those calories that all the exercise was helping me shed?

I came across
phentermine diet pills that work as appetite suppressant that reduces the quantity to food intake. It works on the central nervous system in suppressing appetite and consequently helps in weight reduction. This does not necessarily mean that one has to skip meals, as one does not feel as hungry, and is therefore less likely to eat between meals. Obesity usually happens to people who tend to eat in-between meals which initiates excessive intake of calories.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) first approved
Phentermine in 1959 for the treatment of obesity. It is a prescription diet pill that is sold under various names – Iomine, Adipex-P, etc. and is also available as a generic medication known as ‘phentermine’.

Phentermine is advised as a leading weight loss drug reccommended for people suffering from obesity, high BMI or those having to lose more than 20 kilogrammes. Clinical trials have reported that use of phentermine with a 1000 calories a day diet, reduced weight by 12.2 kgs. compared to 4.8 kgs. weight loss with only the diet. In the first month, one can lose about 2 kgs. and an overall 10-15% of the initial weight with continuous use of the pill.

It was also the price that prompted me to go for phentermine. It is available cheap, and proves to be a good friend in the long run.
